Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC, born March 4 1954 she is a Canadian-American actress. O'Hara has been the recipient of numerous awards which include one Genie Award and a Golden Globe Award. O'Hara also won two Screen Actors Guild Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, six Canadian Screen Awards, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2018, O'Hara was appointed an Officer of Canada. In the year 2020, she was awarded the Governor General's Performing Arts Performing Arts Artistic Achievement Award. O'Hara's first recognition as an actress while she was a member the The Second City improv comedy troupe in Toronto in 1974. With John Candy and Dan Aykroyd as co-stars, she was in the main team of the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). The following year, O'Hara and Candy began working in the sketch comedy show Second City Television (1976-1984) and she earned the attention of critics for both her performance as a comedic actress and as a writer, securing an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for the Variety Series in 1981. In 2022, O'Hara was added to the newly formed Second City artistic advisory board which was headed by Stephen Colbert, along with Steve Carell, Dwayne Colbert, Tina Fey, Keegan-Michael Key, Julia Louis-Dreyfus Jane Lynch, Tim Meadows, Peter Murrieta, Suzy Nakamura, Sam Richardson, Jeff Richmond, Jason Sudeikis, and Robin Thede.
